Introduction to the Growth and Development of children Research Center:

The Principal Consent of the Grow and Development of children Research Center was adopted on 16/12/93. The Grow and Development of children Research Center, headed by Dr. Farnoosh, is a specialist in blood and cancer under the supervision of the Institute of Endocrine Sciences of Iran University of Medical Sciences. Its main objective is to develop targeted research aimed at increasing the clinical and molecular knowledge and knowledge of growth diseases and childhood development. The center has a council consist of 15-members of clinical research and basic sciences and three core research centers on children's development. At present, the research output of the Center includes 30 research papers and 17 projects.
Since the Iranian genome has heterogeneous and this diversity plays a major role in the diagnosis and effect of treatment, it is important to study the children's developmental problems, to diagnose them, to choose the type of treatment and its duration.
Hence, the focus of research on the development of children is multifaceted, and in most of them, clinical and molecular and genetic parts of the body are purposefully merged to yield more tangible results and help in diagnosis and treatment.
