A two-day scientific workshop on "Diagnosis - treatment and comprehensive care for patients with type 2 diabetes" was held on 9th and 10th of August. In this two-day scientific conference, Dr. Mohammad Ebrahim Khamse, Dr. Mojtaba Malek and Dr. Nahid Hashemi Madani gave speeches on overview of the latest diabetes guidelines, principles of treatment commence for type 2 diabetes patients, principles of intensification of treatment for type 2 diabetes patients, and treatment switch in type 2 diabetes patients.
